Itinerary

Day 1 Journey to Karongwe

Collect from OR Tambo Airport (06:30). Scenic drive to Karongwe River Lodge. Arrive for a light lunch. Relax by the pool. Late afternoon game drive with sundowners. Dinner under the stars.

Day 2-4 Karongwe Private Game Reserve

Daily schedule: 05:00 wake-up call. Morning game drive (3 hours). Late breakfast. Leisure time at the pool, library, or spa. Afternoon game drive (16:00 - 19:00). Dinner in the boma or dining room.

Day 5 Final Safari and Return

Final sunrise game drive. Hearty breakfast. Depart mid-morning for the return journey to Johannesburg. Arrive at OR Tambo Airport approx 17:00.
