Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Sunset Safari:
Morning pickup from your address in Johannesburg or Pretoria followed by a transfer to the Pilanesberg. Begin your experience with a 3-hour morning game drive in an open safari vehicle to track the Big Five. Check into Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge for a gourmet lunch. After some leisure time: join the lodge ranger for a 3-hour sunset game drive: followed by a sumptuous dinner at the restaurant or the outdoor boma.
Day 2: Sunrise Drive and Relaxation:
Wake up for an early 3-hour sunrise game drive to witness the dawn activity of the bush. Return to the lodge for a decadent breakfast. The morning is yours to enjoy the lodge facilities or the spa. Midday includes an optional final game drive before departing the reserve at 15:00. Arrival back at your drop-off point in the city is scheduled for approximately 17:30.
