Itinerary
Day 1 Adventure Awaits
Your journey kicks off with a comfortable pickup from Johannesburg between 05:30 and 06:30. Reach Pilanesberg around 09:00 for a 3-hour morning game drive. By midday arrive at Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge for lunch and check-in. Depart on a 3-hour sunset game drive from 16:00 to 19:00 followed by dinner at the lodge.
Day 2 and 3 Full Safari Immersion
Start the day with a thrilling 3-hour sunrise game drive returning around 09:00 for breakfast. Relax at the lodge facilities or spa. Enjoy lunch followed by high tea. Head out for a 3-hour sunset game drive from 16:00 to 19:00 seeking more wildlife magic before returning for dinner.
Day 4 Wildlife and Return
Greet the day with a 3-hour sunrise game drive returning around 09:00 for breakfast. At 12:00 opt for a short game drive in a closed vehicle or relax at the lodge. Leave Pilanesberg at 15:00 arriving back in Johannesburg between 17:30 and 18:30.
